Erica McKinley founded the McKinley firm and serves as Chief Executive Officer. She has exceptional talent, skill, and experience. Her accomplished career spans twenty-five years. Erica has a strong background in sports, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. She served in multiple leadership roles in private practice, public service, sports, and the in-house legal departments for corporate and non-profit organizations. Erica has deep experience handling serious, high-stakes, and complex matters for municipalities, individual clients, and companies with either national, multinational, or global business operations. Now a CEO and sole practitioner, Erica continues to deliver the highest quality legal services. She is also serves as a consultant on challenging projects that benefit from her pragmatic yet innovative strategies.
