Erica McKinley founded the McKinley firm and serves as Chief Executive Officer. She brings to the firm the exceptional talent, skill, and experience she gained over the course of an accomplished career that spans twenty-five years. Erica has a strong background in sports, internal investigations, and litigation. She served in multiple leadership roles in private practice, public service, sports, and the in-house legal departments for corporate and non-profit organizations. She has deep experience handling serious, high-stakes, and complex matters for companies with either national, multinational, or global business operations. Now a CEO and sole practitioner, Erica continues to deliver the highest quality legal services. She also serves as a consultant on challenging projects that benefit from her pragmatic yet innovative strategies, including environmental matters.
